Audrey Lee is an Exercise Sport Scientist (PhD) and Sport Nutritionist (MS). Her work focuses on balancing training and nutrition for increased energy and improved performance. She makes it all come to life by taking the latest in sport nutrition and training research to achieve performance gains. The athlete and his/her training, competition, and recovery must be thoroughly understood to make effective sport nutrition recommendations.
Audrey’s goal is to optimize athletes’ nutrition for best performance. She is especially interested in endurance sport, both summer and winter sport (i.e., cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, cross country skiing). Audrey educates and inspires you to reach your goals by becoming more in tune with your different body cues and to use these cues to give yourself exactly what you need, when you need it.
